Marketing Trainee

Functions and responsibilities:

 Interview consumers

 Capture and codify survey data

 Collaborate in the development of questionnaires

 Support research analysts

 Recruit consumers for focus groups

Provide support for focus group sessions

Requirements:

 Advanced students or recent college graduates

 Resourceful, organized and dynamic

 Excellent communication skills in Spanish

 Emphatic listening skills

 Basic knowledge of MS Office

Availability to work on a project basis

Qualitative Analyst

Functions and responsibilities:

 Design focus groups and in-depth interviewing guides

 Moderate focus groups and in-depth interviews

 Prepare reports about the findings of the research projects

Validate questionnaires

Requirements:

 Bachelor's degree in psychology, sociology or qualitative related fields

 Initiative, organization and dynamism

 Excellent communication skills in Spanish

 At least one year of experience in qualitative marketing research

 Outstanding listening and observation skills

 Good knowledge of MS Office

Availability to work on a project basis

Quantitative Analyst

Functions and responsibilities:

 Design and select the sample for market research projects

 Create and validate questionnaires

Develop reports with the main findings of research projects

Requirements:

 Bachelor's degree in statistics, economics, or quantitative related fields

 Initiative, organization and dynamism

 Excellent communication skills in Spanish

 At least one year of experience in quantitative marketing research

 Excellent knowledge of MS Office and SPSS

Availability to work on a project basis

Project Leader

Functions and responsibilities:

 Coordinate all functional activities involved in the execution of a market research project

 Supervise field personnel (interviewers, recruiters, etc.)

 Train and give feedback to consultants and field personnel

 Supervise data coding

Audit the quality of the fieldwork

Requirements:

 Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related fields

 Initiative, organization and dynamism

 Excellent communication skills in Spanish

 At least three years of experience in quantitative and quantitative marketing research

 Outstanding listening and observation skills

 Excellent knowledge of MS Office. SPSS knowledge is a plus
